Delete your Ludo Titans account
This page explains how to delete your online Ludo Titans account and the data we hold about it. It applies to the app com.dealcoast.ludotitans, published by Ratio Games.
Option 1: delete it in the app (fastest)
- Open Ludo Titans and sign in to the account you want to delete.
- Go to Settings, then Account.
- Tap Delete my account.
- Read the warning, type the confirmation word shown on screen, and confirm.
Deletion starts at once and cannot be undone. You can do it up to 3 times per hour. It removes your data first and then your sign-in record, and your sessions stop working when that record is gone. If something fails half-way, tap Delete again: both steps can be repeated safely.
Option 2: ask us to delete it (no app needed)
If you cannot open the app, for example because you uninstalled it or lost your phone, email us at support@dealcoast.in with the subject Delete my Ludo Titans account and tell us:
- the email address of the account, if you signed up with email or Google, and
- your display name.
We will reply to confirm it is your account (we may ask you to write from the email address on the account) and delete it within 30 days. We will never ask for your password.
A guest account that was never secured with an email or Google sign-in is a sign-in session on one phone and cannot be proven to be yours from outside the app. If you still have the app, use Option 1.
What is deleted
All of this is removed together, followed by your sign-in record:
- Your profile: display name, country, XP, coins, gems, rating, wins, settings and last-seen time.
- Your sign-in data: email address, password hash, linked Google sign-in and your sessions.
- Your friends, friend requests and block list; direct messages you sent and received; room and club chat lines you wrote.
- Your match results, wallet ledger, daily missions, ad reward records, club contributions and club removal records.
- Your place in lobbies and the matchmaking queue. Matches that are running when you delete are marked forfeited for your seat, and your name in them becomes "Deleted player".
- Your tournament registrations (the entry fee is refunded if the tournament had not started) and your tournament prize records. Other tournament entries of yours stay in the bracket as "Deleted player", disqualified, with no fee recorded.
- Your club membership. If you led a club, leadership passes to its longest-standing member, or the club is dissolved with its chat if you were the last member.
- Gift vouchers you issued, reports filed about you, bans and mutes on your account, and push notification tokens.
- Anonymous usage events that are linked to your account, and events from any app install that ever carried your account ID (this can also remove events of another account that used the same phone).
- Rate-limit counters kept for your account.
- On your own phone: the progress saved in the app is removed when you delete the account in the app. Uninstalling the app or clearing its storage removes the rest.
What is kept, and for how long
- Reports you filed about other players stay so moderators can finish reviewing them, but they no longer point to you and their free-text context is cleared. The copy of the reported message stays as evidence.
- Purchases: the Google Play purchase token and product ID stay with no link to you, so the same purchase cannot be claimed again.
- Redeemed gift vouchers stay as records marked as used, with no link to you.
- Match records (room code, mode, times) stay without a link to you as winner, and the results of the other players in the same matches stay (your name may show as "Deleted player").
- Moderation and audit entries: one entry that your account was deleted (no name or text) and earlier admin or moderation entries that mention your account ID stay until they expire, 365 days by default.
- Backups: our backend provider (Supabase) keeps automatic backups under its own schedule, so deleted data can remain in a backup until that backup expires.
- Logs: platform and sign-in logs at Supabase, and the delivery records of account emails at our email provider (Resend), are kept for a limited time under their own settings and can contain IP addresses.
- Legal duties: we may keep limited data if the law requires it or to handle a legal claim.
- Google (sign-in, ads, Play) keeps what it holds under its own policies; you can manage that in your Google account.
Data that is removed automatically even if you do not ask
The backend runs a clean-up job every day. These are the current settings, and we can change them:
- Direct messages between friends: 90 days.
- Chat in rooms and clubs: 7 days.
- Resolved or dismissed player reports: 180 days after they are closed.
- Match records: 90 days (never those in the current season or the last 8 days); replay logs of finished matches: 14 days; finished rooms: 7 days. Your rating, wins and XP are part of your account and stay until it is deleted.
- Anonymous usage and crash events: 90 days.
- Gift vouchers that were never redeemed: 90 days after they expire.
- Guest accounts that never played, have no purchases and no email or Google sign-in: 365 days after their last activity.
- Moderation and audit entries: 365 days.
- Push notification tokens, if used: disabled ones after 30 days, unused ones after 90 days.
- Rate-limit counters: 2 days.
Accounts with an email address or Google sign-in are kept until their owner deletes them. Chat that was attached to a report, and messages from a player who is currently banned or muted, are kept longer for moderation.
How long it takes
- Deleting in the app: immediate.
- Email request: confirmation and deletion within 30 days.
- Backups: until they expire under the provider's schedule.
